Payment

Means of payment: a valid credit card from one of the credit companies operating in Israel. As mentioned, all credit cards are accepted on the website. A transaction on the website will be paid only after receipt of confirmation from the clearing company. In the event of any type of refusal, the website will update the user within 24 hours from the time of conducting the transaction on the website.

This does not include weekends or holidays.

To complete the purchase, the person who carried out the transaction will be required to contact our Customer Service Center at the following email address: [email protected] to arrange the confirmation of the credit company for carrying out the transaction. It should be clarified and stressed, that an activity will be considered completed only after receipt of confirmation from the credit company. In such a case, the delivery times will be counted only starting from the date of confirmation of the transaction.

In the event that the above-mentioned confirmation has not been arranged within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the notice about the refusal of the credit companies to approve implementation of the transaction, we will be entitled to cancel the order, without the user having any complaint and/or lawsuit and/or demand against the company.

Shipping

We offer FREE (registered) SHIPPING WORLDWIDE .Registered Mail: Economy International Shipping VIA air. Delivery time is between 14-28 business days.

We also offer shipping via EMS (Express Mail Shipping) that only takes from 4 to 10 business days – includes extra cost depending on the weight of the package – price shown before checkout.

FedEx shipping is also available for a special quotation, to check the cost, please contact us through email by sending the link/s of the product you are interested in and we will reply with the shipping cost. Shipping takes from 48 to 72 hours.

Some products require Express Shipping due to weight or high value(over $1,500).

These products will be sent by EMS for FREE.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The usual payment for duties and taxes is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

KYT cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

  • The website and/or the company are not responsible for a delay in delivering the product due to reasons that are not under their control, such as force majeure, strikes, slowdowns and other technical problems of the Israel Postal Company, and if the user fails to collect the “products” within 7 days from the time of receipt of the invitation to go to the post office branch.
  • Without detracting from the abovementioned, packages that fail to reach their destination, due to an act and/or a failure of the Postal Company, will be sent again with any payment. (A confirmation that the package was delivered will constitute proof that it reached its destination.)

Returns policy

Products can be returned and/or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. A photo of the item is required, and the item must be NEW, IN THE ORIGINAL BOX and UNUSED, and with the original tags. Items will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We will refund the price of the item. A notice of cancellation of the transaction will be in writing by email to: [email protected].il

A request to exchange will be confirmed by email. In the event of the return of a product under the following conditions:

  1. The customer is not satisfied with the item.
  2. The wrong item was ordered by mistake.

Monetary credit will be given for the product only after it is received, and its condition is examined. In that case, the money paid will be returned, minus the delivery costs. The exchange will be permitted only after receipt and examination of the original product.  Each product that was purchased can be exchanged only once, delivery costs for a product that is exchanged will be borne by the company.

All import-related fees or requirements are the customer’s sole responsibility.

If an item arrived at customer defected, and/or damaged, a photo is required for us to verify the damage. If the claim is found just, we will replace the item. Shipping of the new item will be paid by us (Registered mail shipping only). All return claims must be made not more than 7 days after receipt of the item.

If client wants to exchange to a different product after receiving the order, please keep the product new, unused and in box (if came in one) and send a photo to us and state the reason of the exchange.
